SP Plus Parking

Worst parking experience i ever had never come here we parked here at 1:43 am and it said garage closes at 4 we come back 3:00 am and garage is closed and they told us we had to call the number on ticket to some guy name george and he isn’t answering so we are still waiting to get our car out of garage. Just absolutely no help and we are not from dc so we where just standing on the streets with no where to go I believe they should shut down this garage for horrible customer service and non response to customers in need just retrieve there car it’s unbelievable but worst experience like ever man

Worst parking experience I’ve had. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, and took 45 minutes to get my car out. Spend the extra dollar to go to any other parking garage in the area where the attendants are nice and actually respectful.

Very difficult to enter. Only one entrance and exit. So as your trying to park other vehicles are coming out the same one lane entrance. The attendants were very unhelpful. They made me back my car onto a busy sidewalk and street without any assistance. The experience I had sucks. I guess since parking is so difficult here customer service isn't a priority. Skip this garage if you can.

Trash. The staff is so biased and ignore you, make you 20-30 min for your vehicle. I waited 15 min before they could even take my ticket to get the car. Absolutely trash. Never parking here again.
