Angelique was awesome treating my skin care needs. A very calming presence. The massage therapist who’s name escapes me but has a tatoo on the back of his head with muscles men would kill for did an amazing job fixing me after 2 years with no care due to the pandemic. The spa attendant was phenomenal. I just really had a great day of restoration!!  Pretty sure Im glowing for the night

We are here for a single moms girls trip from across the country and obviously wanted to spend our last day rejuvenating, we spent over 400$ with this spa including a bottle of champagne. Between 3 of us we had two half flutes full of champagne, then they proceeded to tell us they were out of champagne when we tried to order another bottle for us. But the costumers after us were served champagne, a bottles worth. And the people before us, were completely denied any champagne. So there was a lot of lying about when they had champagne in stock, almost selective. They also said we couldn’t bring our own drinks in but a very high class looking woman at the vanity had a tall boy truly from obviously outside the spa, due to the spa “only” serving champagne. It made us feel very unwelcome. Like if there is a cut off point just say that, we are grown women. Massage was 10/10.

Horrible customer service. First they scheduled for the wrong time and sent the email to the wrong person. They took my sister in the right time but told me I would have to weight an hour for mine. I told them I would just wait for my sister and not have mine. The manager told me that I would have to pay 50% because I canceled the appointment. I told her I was not because they had over booked the appointments. She said she would call security. I told her to go ahead. I didn’t do anything wrong.

I went to the gym... Not so many equipment but it was exactly what I needed for my workout.

The massage was amazing. Alex was wonderful. He is the only reason this is getting 3 stars. Everything else was horrible. Two out of four showers were broken, of the remaining two one was dirty and still had the previous person’s stuff there and the other was occupied. The massage started 10 minutes late alex more than made up for that and when I got out I was told the spa area was closing an hour early so I only had 30 minutes to use the hot and medium whirlpools the cold one was broken too, the steam room, and shower.  So I just left because 30 minutes wouldn’t be enough time to shower and do my hair. Though, even if I had wanted to do my hair there all of the brushes were used so there’s that?  I left almost as stressed as I arrived, through no fault of the massage.  If you do decide to book here, and remember alex was amazing, do not do it on either the day you arrive or the day you leave or with any expectation of actually using the spa services.  And make sure if you don’t use the spa services all of the gratuity goes to the service provider and not the spa “attendant” as when I wanted to verify that I would not be charged for not using the spa and so all the gratuity was going to go to Alex, the tip went down dramatically. They seriously were going to have me pay to tip someone that left everything dirty and was late to take me to my appointment.

My Lomi Lomi massage was wonderful. I enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and my experience overall was very relaxing.

My partner and I purchased the Restoration Package including the facial and massage. We were greeted with a warm Welcome and made to feel comfortable immediately. Angelique was our aesthetician and was phenomenal. She was talkative at the beginning without being overbearing. She explained the procedures after a consultation and recommended treatments. She answered questions about products without upselling. By the end of the facial I was so very relaxed…and my skin was glowing and radiant.  After the facial, Alex provided the BEST massage I have ever received. He was rough on my knots and gentle when needed. He listened to me about the areas which needed attention. His demeanor immediately put me at ease and his professionalism was unparalleled.  WE WILL BE BACK!! Thank you Angelique and Alex for making our vacation relaxing and memorable!

I get a decent amount of massages, and this Deep Tissue Blend was AMAZING. Rose was seriously the best, and I will request her EVERY time I come back to Vegas. High five Rose. YOU ROCK!!  Yet AGAIN another amazing massage by Rose! Thanks Rose you're the best.

If you make a reservations, ask for Rose!!! She did a happy feet massage for me and was so good that I went back next day for a full massage. She was super kind. Her goal was to get me relaxed and comfortable.  Money well spent!!!
