I had a great experience there ! There is basically always staff available. So even I had booked an appointment It was almost not needed. Great manicure - easy and well done. And spontaneously I decided to get a neck massage as I saw a few clients get it. You chose the length and they just accommodate. What a great moment !

Manicure was quick and not done great. Ladies were speaking Koreanwhich I understood saying sorry sis after trying to get my girl to give more tipI paid for her and failing to extort tip money from me. They were very unappreciative with the tip I gave which was plenty for their two minute manicure which wasn’t even great. The fake energy and obvious disappointment after the big tip which was 50% and the bad service left a bad taste in my mouth. Never going back there again.

I go for the massages with James. He has magic hands! James is extremely polite, gentle, and very respectful. He constantly checks in with you to make sure you're ok, and let's you know ahead of time what he's doing. I always leave his table feeling like a million bucks.

Extremely overpriced. I had a mediocre pedicure and they charged an extra $18 for foot scrub isn't that the point. My pedicure cost $60 not including tip. There are at least five other shops in the area where a Mani+pedicure doesn't cost that much in total! It felt rushed too.

Great spot for manicures and pedicures. The staff are all very sweet and show care for what they do. If you're in the area I highly recommend dropping by.

Spa Belles, while clean and modern, is very over-priced. We went in to get two pedicures, my friend was finished with hers before I even started and we walked out of there spending $50 each and mine chipped within a few days. The women who worked there are also very pushy asking us at least 4 times if we wanted additional services or the more expensive pedicures. There are much cheaper and better quality salons all along Christopher and Hudson.

My wife had a great pedicure and enjoyed her overall experience. The ambience is a bit nicer than a run of the mill place, and her technician was friendly and careful / detail oriented. She plans on returning regularly.

We made an 830 appt and got there on time for Mani pedi , they put us in the chairs at 9 and they closed at 10, we were extremely rushed and my mom finished her Maninpedi in less than 30 mins ... we paid $34 for her pedi to be rushed and woman who maninpedied her out the door by 930 ... i on the other hand was not rushed and I asked for quick dry which. Ever got translated to Chinese because it wasn't put on. They closed at 10 as I said before and by 955 my socks were being put on my not dried toes !! No quick dry . It's not 2 am I have a chipped nail and sock marks on my toes .. what do I do ? I'm so dissapointed . This is not a cheap place to be rushed out with wet toes ... last appointment for Mani pedis should be taken at 8pm if the staff of going to rush you out the door with wet nailpolish on your hands and toes at 955... not accepatable spa belles I'm very dissapointed and I see that you don't respond to your many 1 star reviews which makes it worse !!!
