Spa Bilancia is a new upscale full service Day Spa in the Iowa City and Coralville, Iowa area. Our name Bilancia is Italian for Balance. This is our mission at Spa Bilancia. Our environment is designed to allow guests to step away from the daily pace and into a refuge that refreshes the mind, body and spirit. Our first class guest services and exceptional treatment regimens of customized massage and facial treatments are designed to bring balance to our guest's lives and skin. I have been here for several massages and could not find something to complain about if I tried. The service is exceptional from the time you call to schedule right up to the time you leave. They have even taken the time to call after an appointment to offer advice. Additionally, I have purchased a couple gift certificates, and the recipients always rave about the experience. It is a great comfort knowing you can trust your loved ones are going to receive extraordinary care every time.

Absolutely exceptional spa experience! My first visit to Spa Bilancia for a massage and facial. The interior of the spa is warm, quiet, and supremely relaxing. Would suggest arriving for service early to enjoy reclining spa chairs, warm neck wrap, blanket and hot tea or wine in the spa lounge. I've been to five or six other spas in Iowa City and none compare to the experience here. Extremely professional staff and impressive environment with a sole focus on spa treatments (other spa/salons are distracted from relaxation by the chatter of hair and nail appointment customers).
