I called in about my fireplace that had gone kaput about two years ago. The woman on the phone apologized that the soonest availability was in about 3 weeks. It was worth the wait! Terry was fantastic! We have a 25 year old gas fireplace that I thought had finally died! He came out and got right to it. Cleaned it out, got the the pilot to light, and made sure there were no leaks. His customer service was top notch, he is extremely knowledgeable. The fireplace looks as good as new! My pups are enjoying the extra warmth! I highly recommend Spa Brokers.

There are a couple of people at the Westminster Spa Brokers store that I am sharing my experience with. Megan---I have known Megan for over 20 years as a coworker, a friend and a professional. I am always happy to refer her to our customers because of her expertise, friendliness and honesty. If you have any fireplace or spa needs, Megan is someone I would certainly go to for those purchases. Alex--It has been a pleasure getting to know Alex and it is exciting to see the next generation of fireplace professionals stepping up to the plate. I look forward to the next few years of working with a fine young man.

My wife and I bought a Marquis from Wes in September. We've been very happy with it and the service we received. The spa had a defective pump 1 month in. Wes and the service department were easy to work with. The crew came out and replaced it a few days later, free of charge.

We compared so many hot tubs and so many different stores before we purchased. Spa Brokers was by far the BEST in price, quality and service. Meghan is extremely knowledgeable and we even loved our install guys shout out to Ty. If you live in Colorado you should definitely go with Spa Brokers. It’s also AWESOME to have the stores close to get your products!

Unresponsive and unprofessional. Ordered a replacement glass for my fireplace. All good until I called to check on my order. The girl told me it came in, it was broken, so they sent it back and my order would be ready for pick up in a week. Okay - that would have been nice if someone called me for an updated though. I called back TWO weeks later after hearing from nobody and some guy told me one part came in but another won’t be in for a month. I asked to speak to the manager, Dean. Dean was unapologetic and made excuse for his unorganized staff. Dean then told me my order would be ready the NEXT day for pick up. The right hand isn’t talking to the left hand and nobody cares about customer service at Spa Brokers. When I came to pick up my order, all the staff were in the back. No apologies and a very cold interaction with the young man who put the glass frame in my car. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my friends or family.

As a business we refer customers to Megan because of her professional response to their fireplace needs.

We went into Spa Brokers thinking our fireplace was old and needed to be replaced. Wes Romano took the time to ask why we thought it needed to be replaced, actually found the fireplace that had been installed in our home the previous owner had purchased it from them and then let us know we just needed a service and a new remote. It is so refreshing to work with someone who helped us and didn't just try to sell us. By doing that, he's earned our trust and our business.

We didn’t buy anything here but the sales woman was SO helpful. This was the 3rd stop we’d made looking at fireplace inserts and she was the first person to tell us that there was only one brand of fireplace we could get and what company to call. So appreciative!

We bought a spa from them and Wes was our sales person. He is so knowledgeable and helpful! I have never experienced such hands on service from anyone anywhere! We had a couple of problems and Wes took care of things immediately for us. He and everyone at the store knows us by name when we call or come in! We are so glad we bought from them and would highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with our hot tub. We got a great deal on a Marquis and the water balance start up kit they give you is worth a small fortune. The service was OUTSTANDING and not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. They were nice enough to hold the spa we liked for us until we signed for our house. They definitely know their stuff too. I've been a pool manager for ten years and work predominantly with industrial sized equipment. I needed some guidance on the intricacies of spa UV systems and pumps. They were able to lead us to the perfect tub for us and it's amazing. The jet power is incredible and really helps with our many aches and pains. Thank you all for your outstanding service!
