Customer service here is great! I'm a new hot tub owner and Jasmine has helped me on multiple occasions to ensure I bought the right chemicals, as well as guided me on how to administer and the timing of each. My hot tub has been crystal clear ever since. Highly recommend!
This store has excellent customer service. Terry, in the service department, has helped us several times reset our hot tub when we have emptied it and put in new water. He is very gracious and understanding. We appreciate that a lot.
I come in for chemicals. all the time and Jasmine always goes out of her way to ensure I have everything I need, even if I don’t know what that is sometimes. Love the service here, wouldn’t go anywhere else

Nate was phenomenal at helping us pick out the perfect spa. He explained the details so that we could make an educated decision. Once the spa was delivered, there was an issue with the operation. They got a technician out the next day to fix it. Customer service at its finest all the way around.
