Everything exceeded my expectations. My massage was excellent, I can’t wait to go back… Prices were reasonable in my opinion, facilities were tip top. DAURION SMITH spa director is by far my favorite person on this planet. Not only was she extremely accommodating, she was so sweet and charming!! If I owned a spa I would want her to run it!!

I bought a groupon for the couples 50 min massage, 10 minute foot soak, champagne we drank diet pepsi and valet parking. A very relaxing and tranquil experience. Arrive early 15 minutes I'd suggest to fill out the paperwork and begin relaxing. We should've asked for more pressure from our masseuse. A very tranquil experience. Friendly service. Good communication throughout the massage. Friendly service all the way around from the valet, front desk spa pason, masseuse & different front desk person who checked us out. They even brought us diet Pepsi b/c we don't drink alcohol. Be ready to tip $30 per masseuse. Great bang for buck with the groupon. I'd recommend & we'll definitely be back.

Booked online and paid the $50 deposit for my wife’s birthday. When it came time to render service, they had her booked with a male because apparently I failed to choose a preference when making the appointment which made her uncomfortable. They offered to change the appointment to later in the day. The later appointment interfered with birthday plans. When I tried to cancel completely the hostess became agitated extremely unpleasant when I asked about my $50 being refunded. Talked with the manager and she also refused to refund my deposit money. This is not at all expected from a JW Marriott. One would think they would hire decent people when their job is talking to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Be aware of leaving your bags or your belongings in the SPA. We have been robbed and the hotel management couldn't do anything claiming they have no proof! They could have at least show some interest and be proactive by adding lockers for the guests to place their belongings safely. The facial was very good and the massage average but everything was ruined by this very upsetting event and the poor treatment of the hotel for their SPA guests. Never again

I made a booking and had to cancel, so I called and left a message. When the person called me back, they were so snippy about the process. Managed to cancel and at the end of the call she hung up on me before I even was able to say “thank you” back to her.

The ladies here are nice and just plain awesome. My husband and I had the pleasure of a massage and just relaxing. DaurionI hope that's the name of the lady at the front desk on 5/10/21 is very caring. Nina, you rock! We will be back.

Had a great massage with my wife. Well skilled! They even arranged to have someone come in earlier as we were in a time crunch and needed to start early. Highly recommend!

I had a deep tissue massage last week and I am still feeling Cassie's hands! Making the appointment was a breeze. The staff was friendly and everywhere immaculately clean and tidy. The treatment room that I was assigned even had its own bathroom. Cassie allowed me to choose the oil I wanted her to use. She did a great job as I fell asleep while she untied every knot in my muscles. After the massage, she recommended an expresso - excellent! I'll definitely be back Spa by JW, great job!

Always have a great experience at this Spa. The Aroma Therapy & Massage followed by the ultimate pedicure are the best! My masseuse Nina was awesome!
