Spa Lenore

I hadn't had a massage in years and my daughter's bought my a gift certificate to Spa Lenore for mothers day. Keisha was my masseuse. I asked for deep tissue, and boy did she give me what I asked for. I was her 7th massage of the day and she really worked my tension out. I left feeling so relaxed but I think I could have gone for 1 more hour. I highly recommend Keisha. She really knows her stuff. She could tell so much about my problems through my feet, neck and back. I can't wait to go back!

The facial was nice. They should not advertise a “1 hour facial” when I probably only got a 30 minute facial and the rest of the time being spent filling out paper work and being in another room waiting for them to get the products ready. I was there a total of a hour from the time I got out of my car and then back into it.

This was such an amazing experience. Samantha spent an hour giving me a facial and then spent about twenty minutes talking to me. I was so relaxed. The spa is beautiful and smells amazing. I will be going back for a massage soon. It was better than therapy.

Everyone was super friendly and spoke with you instead of robots. Lovely relaxing time.

Unfortunately, I haven't even gotten to visit you guys. My husband and I have been attempting to book a couples massage with you guys since the week before Christmas. Either no one will answer the phone, repeatedly. (My husband called 3 times one day and never got an answer or a call back, despite leaving a message). Then when we are able to reach you guys and schedule an appointment it has been rescheduled twice now. It was scheduled the 16th, we recieved a call the day before saying the massage therapist had the flu. So it was scheduled for today, the 23rd. When we attempted to reschedule then we were told 4 oclock on the 23rd...then we were called back because the therapist had a meeting at 4 oclock, could we do another day. No. So we were asked to move it back to 3 okay. Okay. No problem. Now, we recieve a call 4 hours prior to our appointment canceling again. Now the massage therapist has a virus. My husband and I have very different schedules. We also have a 1 year old and a 6 month old that we have to schedule child care for when we make the appointments. This will be the 2nd time we have had to make child care arrangements, and work arrangements only to be cancelled on. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever tried to do business with. Do you only have 1 massage therapist on staff? If so, how is it that you plan to provide a couples massage, which requires 2 massage therapists. I have never worked this hard to try to give someone my business.
