Carrie always goes out of her way for her clients, is incredibly easy going, and her balance of professionalism and friendliness is to die for. Her results are permanent, lasting as they should, and have made many a happy person. I love how informed she is and can fluidly describe how electrolysis works, in general as well as her progression to what the service would be to each client personally based simply on the clients hair follicles and needs.
