Our association with Spalding Brokers as our realtors is almost 4 years. They are our property managers ever since we purchased a rented property through them in 2019 They are proactive in solving problems of the tenant independently. They always try to optimize the cost of repairs and are reliable. We therefore selected them for the property at 535 Clover Lane. Due to Covid there were issues with the builder during the stages of completion that were handled by Spalding Brokers very successfully. They have friendly approach and we enjoyed having them as were realtors and property managers even for this town home. They are caretakers of our Townhomes.
