What's not to like? Decent prices, huge selection. Debit is counted like cash, and discount applied by default.  Credit card changes total a bit higher.  Love the fact that they will order some brand / some thing that had a hard time finding.  Biggest problem is the location, but is beyond their control.  The homeless like to congregate nearby and hold up their signs.  No actual problems on store grounds though.

Good experience!  When I was shopping in the store, there were employees roaming and offering assistance.  A nice younger guy helped me pick out a tequila.  

My only complaint was that I waited in line FOR EVER... but it was the Saturday before Christmas Eve, so I expected it to be a busy day for them.    I swear there were like 30 to 40 people in line ahead of me but it move quickly and everyone was friendly.

I had never been to this Spec's before today, but work plenty of them as part of my job, with no issue until I came here. The manager and her assistant are highly rude and unprofessional, very mean and unempathetic, in such a way as I have never seen. They should not be in customer service, and should be looking for work in corrections. A real shame, because the rest of the employees seemed nice enough, but I would definitely advise against coming to this store in particular. There are plenty of others in the area that have outstanding customer service, that are even bigger with a better selection and variety. Skip this one, and save yourself the stress and hassle.

Manager seems to be in a bad mood most times cause she has a terrible attitude, and they're usually talking between each other causing very poor service. I think I will be taking my money to another Spec's from now on because I don't think my visits should be unpleasant every time. They really need to do something about who ever is in charge but other wise I Love Spec's.

We went by today and to begin with they weren't even busy but they all seem to have such an attitude. The girl who was at checkout which her name was Amy couldn't even look at me, she was just looking at the girl next to her and talking to me, no eye contact at all, she was so rude. Even her tone was bad. If she hates her job so much she should quit and find something else. Then there was a guy who kept standing by us as we shopped, as if we were going to do something with the drinks and couldn't even direct us to the drink we were actually looking for. All of them simply were just plain rude. Horrible Specs to go to.
