Our program offers specialized gymnastics classes in small groups for optimal learning. Our instructors use Social Thinking® vocabulary and curriculum to help students develop social awareness and language in a group setting. Students of all ages affected by Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder or related challenges thrive in these comprehensive classes. Through gymnastics we teach cooperation and goal setting and focus on developing relationships and social thinking skills. By nurturing positive social engagement and building self-confidence, our students gain skills that help them grow as confident, expressive kids both in and outside of the gym. This program can be an excellent complement for kids in Occupational Therapy and provides a positive next step!
