Only 1 staff trying to do her best, but over 1 hour just to pick up equipment. More staff need to be hired

Came today to replace my modem and Rene was awesome zero wait time and he was quick too and extremely helpful couldn't have gone any better

Customer service reps are very nice and friendly.

We had to wait 45 minutes only one person working at least 20 people in line.

The worst save your self some time and just get frontier
