Said my glasses would be in two weeks nothing no calls now they are saying another week urggh
found out my daughter didn't actually need such a high prescription, doctor only wanted to "medi-cal" money for the glasses. before you buy glasses from here get a second opinion. "Dr" Vanessa she shouldn't even be called doctor "over corrected" which could've caused a lot of problems for my daughter in the future.
Dr Vanessa Hoang is very friendly and very good eye doctor. she understands our concerns and give option based on it.
Love this place super friendly...
Terrible customer service. It's not that hard to get things right. At least if u r wrong, don't argue with ur customer. Will NEVER come back here again. Terrible and unintelligent employees.
The place is very cramped and small. Gets the job done though and came here because it's close.
