I’m only giving it a two star because during the day the place stay dirty. It’s three ladies that work during the day and all they do is sit around talking bout whoever and complain about working here. I literally just watched one of the ladies sweat a small part of the floor and left the rest . I like to do my laundry at night because the man that works is always nice and he keeps the place clean. If it’s three people work at least one of them could keep the floors swept. Also they are not always 24 hours on the night that I haven’t seen the tall man working the other night staff girl told me she had to close for two hours to mop the floor
I have to give Speed Queen Laundry on Chandler Road 2 thumbs up! The facility is always clean and very organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful..especially if you need to use the restroom. The young man that currently works the night or closing shift deserves a high five. I have observed on more than one occasion where even if he wasn't feeling well..he still went out his way to give good customer service.
The employees were polite, professional and always available when needed. The machines work very well. My clothes came out smelling & looking clean. I used the large dryers & my clothes were dry after the 1st round. Machines & bathroom were very clean. There are several places to eat & shop while clothes are washing
Pro: it's open 24/7 Con: The staff, becuase the location does not have an adequate amount of rolling metal carts for your laundry and miscellaneous items, will come up to you and take your cart to give it to another customer. But don't feel too bad because they said they will bring it back.Please get more carts for this location ASAP.
A great, clean laundromat. A little pricey but worth the money. A well appointed customer area with game stations to keep the kids occupied and excellent washers and dryers that get your clothes clean and dry quickly.
Arrived to wash clothes after checking the closing time of 10 PM online. Arrived at 7:34 and the door was locked. Checked the sign on the door and verified that the holiday closing time was indeed 10 PM. I knocked on the door and no one let me in or even walked over to acknowledge me at the door. I knocked until a man opened the door, and upon entry, a woman asked me "who let me in?" And that last wash was at 7:30pm. This made no sense to me as the closing time is listed on the door as 10 pm. She would not let me wash and repeatedly stated the reason as " they needed to clean." So they basically closed 2 and a half hours early for their own convenience. I had 1 comforter to wash. I doubt it would have taken 2:30. Teach your staff manners.
What a bright, clean, friendly, pleasant place to do laundry! I had not been to a laundromat in years and found it to be a restful place to read while my big comforters were washing and drying. Now I know where to take them instead of ruining my washer by doing it at home.
Speed Queen that I frequent is ALWAYS clean. Its is safe just in case I need to bring my kids. I attendants are pleasant and helpful. Even if I need to take advantage of the midnight special! love love love them.
Everytime I come here there are less and less baskets. Does laundry basket maintenance cost too much?Do you not want us to use them? Are you secretly trying to make everyone buy your laundry bags? Help me understand please.
Came here at 2 am to wash my clothes and asked to use the restroom. I was told it was out of order so I guess I was expected to hold it until I made it back home. Washing clothes takes time, you need to have a working restroom at all times. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
