One of my worst online order experiences. No customer service. The website's Order Status page shows nothing about your order. The phone numbers bring you to a Voice Mail/Answering Machine and tells you to use the website for any status and then hangs up on you. The emails that I sent did not get answered. Buyer Beware!!!
NO communication. Placed an order on the 12th, called and left several messages, no response. They emailed me on the 24th, they said my order would ship on the 26th. Full refund posted on the 25th, with no explanation of what was going on. Horrible experience, i will never shop there again.
***Buyer Beware** I placed an order on 9/2/2015 and did not receive it. They finally indicated on 9/9/2015 that it would ship on the 16th. It has never shipped and they do not answer calls or respond to emails. Money I paid them is gone!
