Speedway

I'm hoping I remember to stop going to Speedway. The loud blaring trashy TV at the pumps is absolutely unbearable. I can't even hear myself think trying to pay for gas. I know it's a Speedway corporate decision, but I'm still going to vote one star on every Speedway I make the mistake of going to until this abominable trash advertising stops. We're customers, not subjects for your auditory abuse.

Terrible customer service rude workers. Young trash management needs to do better sad

Very rude cashier. Every time I go there. 2 different women, they are very rude. They don’t know how to treat customers.

Whenever I go into the store to cash in a scratch ticket or or to get gas I'm treated extremely rudely I'm asked if I'm going to buy another lottery ticket and to hurry up I haven't even gotten out the fact that I need gas. It would be nice if a manager Or supervisor on site to see this behavior I think they would benefit from training. On how to treat the customer.

Very rude people. I put quarters for air tires, and the machine just register .75 cents. I didn't had any more quarters, so I went to Speedway store, explained to clerk that the machine ate my quarter. They didn't believe me! They were looking at me like I was a BEGGAR. Eventually I got back with quarters and the air didn't worked at all. Mostly wasted my time.

I swiped my credit card outside and I was trying to get gas. I waited over 5 minutes for the gas pump to turn on because the guy inside was cleaning the store to prepare to close rather than attending the pump. I finally got to pump the gas and I didn't get a print out of my receipt. I went inside to ask him for my receipt and he kept on shouting at me and was very loud. I videoed him and I will post this video all over. Nasty attitude!

Good price and easy to fill gas.

They are almost never open on time . I frequent this Speedway location often en route to work weekdays at 6:00 am and they are almost always late to open . The attendant casually strolls in around 6:10 sometimes , while people wait at the pumps . I have been there as late as 6:20 and was unable to purchase gas since no one had shown up . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! POOR WORK ETHICS I SUSPECT.

Long time customer. Anthony who worked today is very unprofessional arguing with a customer about the lacking of service he’s given and his function to operate the pumps. You don’t argue with customers you gracefully take to criticism and do your job. Clearly that’s not being done at this location I won’t be back

Terrible service!! The guy working there was really rude and mean I asked for help with the gas and first of all I couldn’t understand what the heck he was saying and then he couldn’t even be nice at me cause I was having trouble following directions he shouldn’t be working there anymore! horrible horrible customer service! Don’t even bother to come here!
