I can't get any sleep. Wondering if I have a twin out there.  1964 is my birth year. I would like help in obtaining a birth certificate. Never had one. Getting any type of ID is like pulling a tooth. Please point me in the right direction for assistance

Clean. Friendly. I went to a meeting of mother's who talk about what they feel later about their child being adopted. Nice staff. Located on the east side of Manhattan.

Small and well appointed... fine to visit... probably has BARGAINS but i go only for somethingsi NEED. a sweater or platter ...

We adopted both our children Korea and Peru through Spence-Chapin.  They are wonderful and go the extra mile whenever needed. I highly recommend their services.
