I would rate negative stars if possible. My beloved Peter Vitalie Pool Table was picked up in June 2012, payment was made for moving and storing it. When it was supposed to be delivered the first week of August we called to confirm delivery. We called again to confirm delivery. Finally on our third call, Cheryl told us it was destroyed in a fire and that they had no insurance!! She had not even bothered to call us to let us know. I wouldn't give this company a penny.

 See other review in merchant circle. Better Business Bureau advises against dealing with this company. They are making money from dishonest practices.

for two years ive been trying to receive payment for my table. She keeps hanging up me every time we talk. She keeps promising to mail me the payments. They never come. I recommended that nobody and nobody do business with this company. The women named Sheryl is the most difficult person to deal with.

Felt was coming up from the table rails, not the felt I wanted (wanted sonoma cloth). Called for repair multiple times no call back. Wouldn't recommend.
