Spencer Gifts has changed over the years. Not as much variety but what the do have is fun. Staff was nice.

I came into Spencer's today, not for anything in particular but just looking around, and there was there very funny looking hats that me and my friends seen, and we very much wanted to take a picture to show people how funny they were and practically promote spencers. But this lady ( heavier, long black hair ) told us not to take pictures, but I didn't hear her the first time. So I continued to take a picture, she then came up and told us again, aggressively,, and I said that I did not hear her the first time and then tells me "bullshit". I understand the no picture policy, but to accuse me of not following it as I just so happened to not hear her the first time, I was very offended and appalled to that comment and I thought that this should be shared with people. To warn them of the policy in Appleton Spencer's and to know about this women.
