Today, two delightful women made my daughter’s day! They had 1 Annabelle in stock and happily got up to the top shelf to get her. We have spent a year looking for this doll!! Then they checked other local stores to see if they had another for me. Excellent customer service!

After all these years, it's still Spencer's! Hasn't changed a bit, except now, the music sucks, and I'm the creepy old guy looking around. The workers haven't aged a bit! They do seem to have more metal attached to their faces than when I hung out here, but I like that,

Well stocked on the body jewelry that I was looking for. And they had sales going on making it more affordable. Employees weren’t the most friendly but the store is neat enough that I didn’t care.

I had such a good experience there... I went with my 13 year old daughter, and we were asked if we needed help right away. The staff was fun, friendly, and helpful. Tate was super knowledgeable, and really went all out to help us, we even talked a bit about My Hero Academia. Awesome! I can't wait to go back.

Every single time I call about a product I am told I have people ahead of me and they will answer in 10 minutes. But those 10 minutes turn into just over an hour before I give up. Why does Spencer's lie about waiting times when they do not even bother to answer?

Good fun! Lots of novelty items for almost any occasion! Went in just looking around ane was happily surprised. I have a new place to shop for upcoming parties and events or just a small at home adult game night.

I've always been a huge fan of this store, but now my daughter LOVES it as well!!!
