Spherion

I worked with Lauren and she was an absolute delight! As soon as I met her I felt at ease which is unusual for an interview. She was extremely friendly and helped me into the right direction. The first company she linked me with hired me, which was amazing. From then on out, she was there with me, calling me to make sure I go everything I needed and made sure my first day on the job was great. It was good having her to help deal with the things that can be kind of awkward with an employer, such as pay, etc. But having her helped made everything so easy and effortless. If I ever needed to find a job, I would immediately work with Spherion, without even thinking twice. Thank you so much Lauren & Spherion, I'm forever thankful.

Spherion has worked with my company in the past with not much success. I've recently joined this company 3 months ago and connected with Spherion to assist with our recruiting efforts. I've been working directly with Lauren Galda and she has made great strides in identifying quality candidates and communicating each step of the process with me. I've been in HR for over 20 years and it's hard to find quality recruiters that listen to your needs, communicate their findings and follow up with HR to finalize the process. Lauren has been great and I would recommend her to other companies looking for quality recruitment.

I can't say enough nice things about Spherion. I was working directly with Erich who took the time to know me and my background and experience. Erich's communication with me throughout the entire process was superb. I knew exactly where we were in the process at all times which I appreciated greatly. Ultimately, I was offered the position but turned it down. My decision to turn it down had nothing to do with Erich, and in-fact, I would have been a perfect fit for the role. Erich didn't abandon me but spoke to me to understand exactly why I made that decision and continued to work with me through the process. He understood my decision and respected it without pressuring me into something I wasn't comfortable with. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to work with Erich again and wish him and his staff all the success in the world.
