Authentic Thai Cuisine
Spice was first established in 1997 in the upper eastside with the concept to Americanize Authentic Thai food in a place with a modern design. As our popularity grew due to our wonderful and loyal patrons we expanded to locations in Chelsea and University Place (currently relocated to Union Sq.) and now with eleven locations that are not only cutting edge but also in busy areas with lots of nearby activities.
In an effort to grow into neighborhoods where we feel the locals will appreciate our brand of food and service we opened a new location on Amsterdam Avenue and 108th Street. The GREEN design considered recycling old materials made new, with the concept of recreating the rustic Thai village atmosphere in a vintage classic Manhattan Valley neighborhood .
We continue to infuse classical Thai cuisine with a hint of the modern to appeal to both the traditionalist and fist time Thai diner. Please sample our delicious stuffed crab Rangoon, scrumptious shrimp fritters and our popular authentic Pad Thai. For the vegetarian in your group, be sure to try our meat-free dishes.
After enjoying our flavorful Thai food, sip on a Passion Fruit Bellini, Lynchee Martini or a half Carafe of refreshing Pink Asian Sangria. Our hope is that our specialty drinks will make you feel like you are on a beautiful beach in Thailand.
