I had been at their other location in Derry but they were booking too far out so they suggested the Windham office. The people were all super friendly and got me right in and out. The one negative was, nobody asked if I wanted new glasses especially since they were aware the reason for my visit was a prescription exam.

Dr V had an interaction with my mother and told her after her surgery " she will just have to learn to live with it" referencing a cataract surgery where it left her seeing shadows in one eye. Her other eye healed perfectly fine. When she apologized for making him upset he responded with " oh you haven't seen me mad yet".

Ok I absolutely love Dr. V. But having to wait 15-20min for a copy of your eye glass rx because they only do the rx from optical. Really ridiculous. Why can't I get my rx after seeing doctor. I paid to see doctor not get strong armed.
