Spirit Halloween

Vanessa and another sales associate were extremely rude to us. We were having a fun evening looking at Halloween costumes and they followed us around the entire time as if we were going to steal something! They harassed us so we left and want everyone to know NOT to go to this store on foothill.

Great employees who are very helpful! Don't read what others say about bad customer service, they probably were one of those few who have to find fault in everything and we're probably the ones at fault to begin with. I will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Worst experience ever while shopping!!! Go to another store! Vanessa and another salesperson with red dyed hair clearly want to run out business. I'm certain the owner would not appreciate their behavior. I felt like I was in ghetto.

It was the most horrible shopping experience at this location. The assiciate's have the worst customer service. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION for better service.

Gang member cholas working at this spirit store! Avoid at all costs!!! Very uncomfortable, they were territorial like dogs.

I walked in looking for a couple stuff I couldn’t find anywhere and An employee named Emily was so kind to help me out she was so sweet and found me what I needed
