Cara is a tender, gentle soul, and makes you feel relaxed and cared for.  Her touch is calming, soothing, and relaxing, yet powerful! I highly recommend a session with her.

My massage with Cara was amazing!  The room was comfortable and peaceful and she was extremely intuitive in knowing the level of massage that felt good and she focused on those areas that were really bothering me and I felt so much better when my massage was over.  I would highly recommend Cara...she's awesome and also a lovely person.

I saw Cara when I was about 7 months pregnant and on vacation. I was swollen huge and my feet were unrecognizable. Cara was wonderful!!! Very professional and knew just what I needed. She even showed my husband a thing or two to help for the last 2 months of pregnancy. Highly Highly recommend her.

It is always a great experience going to see Cara at Spirit of Health in Cupertino. She listens and knows how to best give you the right type of service that helps your specific problem or concern. I have been seeing her for around 3 years and will continue to use her for on going treatments.

Every massage I've had at Spirit of Health has been awesome , all practitioners are present and healing
