I've been going to Great Clips for like the last 10 years. It's because I was never self conscious about my looks. But I started noticing how like half of them could dona mid fade and the others couldn't. At Sports clips they are pretty much experts, I've gotten what I've wanted for the last 4 times I've visited. Yes, it's a little more pricey, but if you're a guy and you care about what your hair looks like, get an opinion and get it done here.
Celeste was my stylist and she did a great job on my hair and beard. There was over an hour wait from the time a checked in on a Monday evening about 4. This place can get super busy! But it was worth the wait!
Worst haircut I have ever had. She confirmed with me what I wanted and then completely did the opposite. She pushed my fade way to high. Will never fo back to sports clips. I took a chance and was extremely disappointed.
Do not waste your time at this shop. Especially if you have a job where time is important. Haven’t been impressed with the service for quite some time. I guess the only real reason I kept going here is because they remember on some note thing what hair cut I prefer. The online check in service is really annoying to work with because every time I sign up for it I get a time to show up, I show up 2-5 minutes before the recommended time and then my wait time is moved further and further away from the time originally given. Not going to recommend this service to others anymore. It’s frustrating to see someone walk in the store who is not even on the wait list get their haircut before me even if I check in online and arrive early every time. I don’t know about the other customers who go there but I work full time and don’t have a bunch of time to kill for a 1 on the sides and finger length on top. I now have to choose between eating lunch or getting a “10 minute” haircut. It did not used to be like that before. The service is average I guess but nothing to ride home about. Staff is somewhat friendly but I’ve never had an experience where I could say someone went above and beyond. The only reason this location is getting two stars at all is because they have a note on what I like. 06/24/2022 was my last visit and it will be my last visit. I just don’t have the patience anymore.Service: Haircut
Absolute disaster, this was possibly the worst hair cut I have ever received. I don’t normally give negative reviews, however when I pay $35 bucks to walk out looking like I just stuck my head into a lawnmower than I’m gonna be a little ticked off... The barber was rude and clearly didn’t know what she was doing as she had to be reminded multiple times that one side of my head was completely longer than the other... I will not be coming here again.
Maggie is awesome! Pretty much everyone that cuts my hair is good, but I've gotten Maggie back-to-back and she's so cordial and efficient. REVISION: Virginia is bomb. She is great to talk to and gives an excellent haircut!
Staff could had been more friendly and make my experience more enjoyable. Just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Not good!!!
Hands down best hair cut experience I’ve had, Jay made the experience top tier. You Can check in online, hair done exactly how you want it AND with knowledgeable and skillful suggestions. I won’t be going anywhere else.Services: Haircut
I went in to get a haircut Monday. Usually I get cut by Jay, but she wasn’t there. So the lady in the back left cut my hair. When I sat down she asked if I was getting the mvp. I always do, so I said yes and the cut began. When she finished the cut she showed it to me and said “all done”. I found that weird because she hadn’t washed my hair or even attempted to get the loose hair off of me. So I didn’t receive an MVP treatment, and yet when it was time to pay, that’s what I got charged for. I don’t like confrontation so I just left, but I can’t let it go. Might be time to find a new place.Service: Haircut
The stylist was friendly and the haircut was okay, but I my beard and moustache got totally messed up. They were both fairly long and well-maintained. I asked for just a little trim/clean-up on the beard and said not to touch the moustache at all. What I got was a set of clippers run through my entire beard and moustache, cutting it down by more than half and completely destroying my moustache, with no intentional shaping of any kind on the beard. I ended up going home and having to cut it down even more with my own clippers to fix the awkward shape. I know not everyone knows how to do beards, and I usually wouldn’t trust a chain salon to touch my beard, but the website advertises beard trims. I would expect better from a place specifically geared toward men, which advertises the ability to trim beards. TLDR; Their website says they can do beards, they can’t.
