Sport Clips Haircuts of Breckenridge Lane

I usually never have a bad experience with Sport Clips, so I didn't think twice about going to this location when the wait at the Plainview location was over 2 hours. Unfortunately, my stylist really did not give me a great haircut. It's patchy, uneven and not blended well, so I will need to have it fixed at my usual location. It really is a shame that I had to have such a lackluster result. I hope you will strive to do better in the future.

Kat fixed my hair. Someone else messed it up but she fixed it quite nicely. This is my second time having my hair cut by Kat and she is fantastic. To Management; Yes, I trust Kat with my hair, Yes, she provides excellence in her work and Yes, I feel like she cares about me as a customer. Wonderful atmosphere with great service. The wait was a little long at 1hr, but I walked in and could have called in advance to cut the wait time. The young lady cutting my hair was new to the store and seemed to be quite nervous. She did a A++ job and will be back to request. The reason not 5 stars is due to the hair that remained on the floor under my chair from previous hair cut.

Took my son into this store to get a haircut and the manager Mattie was very unprofessional. She took a walk-in that had not checked in online before us and we did check in online. She ignored us as if we were not there. She also proceeded to flirt with just about every guy in the waiting room, exchanging phone numbers with them, and the coworkers that were with other clients were egging her on to do so. This is like a fast food chain for haircuts and they come out sub par looking anyway. I would recommend going to a more upscale place or somewhere locally owned.Services: Buzz cut

If you change your hours you should post it online for convenience. Showed up at 6, there was one person in the chair and 1 on the waiting list. Website says they close at 8 but they said they closed at 6.

Great haircut! They go above and beyond every time I go. Gossip was fantastic.

This place is ridiculous. Nobody even acknowledges you when you walk in. There is always a wait, usually over 1 hour. There has NEVER been more than 3 hairdressers here at one time that I've seen. If you know there is always a wait maybe you should hire/schedule more hairdressers. I especially love it when the hairdressers take a smoke break out back after EVERY client when the wait list is 12 people deep. If you want to feel like you are bothering someone and you're not wanted come visit this place. Ugh, time to find a new place to go.Service: Haircut

Simply a poor quality haircut. More concerned about getting me out in under 15 minutes than doing a good job. Terrible beard trimming with shaky hands and I still got charged 10$ for it. Take your hair elsewhere please.Services: Buzz cut

I went in for a fade and I have to shave my hair due to it was so messed up. I was told by the tall skinny blonde that to just let it grow out to fix it. The other short brown hair lady named Becky also messed someone’s hair up while there and neither one of us paid for our terrible haircuts. I would steer clear of this place if you don’t want to shave your head and start over. I don’t see how someone can be this bad at their job. These people actually went to school and they are this bad.

One of the best hair cut I have had in such a long time, store is clean stylists are friendly, an not a very long wait… will be back!!Services: Buzz cut
