I’m so happy with the haircut Kelly gave me!! She was super patient, since I’m still figuring out my short haircut. The shampoo was so nice—the MVP is worth it, I think. And, unlike many places I’ve been, she took time to add product at the end to make sure I like how it looks when totally finished. Plus it’s super great how you can check in using your phone via the website. I’ll be going back!

Been here before and it was okay. Today, I made an appointment online with Hailey, showed up 5 minutes early, and waited over an hour. 4 people received haircuts from the other two barbers present. When my time finally came up, she played on her phone for another 10 minutes and didn't even apologize or say anything when I asked to remove myself from the queue instead of just leaving without saying anything, implying this is common. Inconsistent times. Closes early. Turned away with an hour before close for a simple zero side shave. I've been coming here regularly for about 6 months and I won't be returning.

Good haircut but got charged for MVP after declining it and not getting any of the services. Would highly recommend ensuring your stylist doesn't ring it up that way. I'd assume they're trying to make money and fill a quota.

Get the right stylist for your type of cut and you'll be good. Not every stylist is good at certain haircuts don't be afraid to ask

Excellent service with experienced & friendly stylists! Requested style: I found a picture online showing the fade haircut I was wanting and the stylist recommended a different fade due to the shape of my head and hair type. I was glad she did as that showed she had experience. Hair type: I have a hair type that is very difficult to style. My hair is curly and wavy, not to mention how much it has thinned in the front. It's a very difficult type of hair type to cut also. Stylist: All 3 stylists I have seen this year have done an excellent job! Thank you

Literally been sitting here for an hour. Watched them turn down a guy who had an online and was ten minutes late. Then proceeded to watch one stylist cut her grandsons hair before getting to the other two guests who had appointments before me. And we’re beyond ten minutes late. They play favorites and it’s ridiculous. Get new stylists or people are going to stop coming to this location.

Friendly staff great service good results. Go here every time I go to get a haircut. But today. I got stylist Mercy and she went above and beyond my expectations. I got a beard trim for the first time and she did so much detail. And was just super friendly. She rules. Wanted to update my review to give her a shout out
