Called on a Monday at around 2:00. Asked about getting my daughter's hair trimmed. The girl on the phone said they close early at 3. So I said we should be there about 2:40 or so because my daughter got out of school at 2:20. So considering there was traffic we got there at 2:50 and the door was locked. So I called and a girl answered and said oh we had to close early at 2:45 because an employee had to leave.....oh ok and you couldn't call my number back and tell me that when I told you we would be there.

My son had his haircut here and Lexi did a really bad job. We tried to go back and have her fix it but she made it worse. We now have to go somewhere else completely to get it fixed. She was distracted the entire cut and had very little attention to detail.Service: Haircut

Ok, so I've taken the time to read many of the reviews. Mainly to kill a wee bit of time until my hair cut appointment. I'm going to be honest with y'all here.. I live out on the road. Literally. I am on month 11 on the 2nd of december. I drove 680 miles north-east, from arizona to have the same hands that worked their magic, do it again. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone I have seen in this salon! Now, with that said, I deduct 1 point from the gal I'm pretty sure the different colored shirt indicated managerial position, but I wont get ahead of myself here who replied to me when I walked in the door and asked if I could get a cut I had already made an appointment online, but I booked it right as my beautician was going on her lunch and she had responded pretty... FIRM considering my reaction was pretty nonchalant. I was in no hurry, my body language did not indicate that I was in a hurry, I believe she is just a naturally hard person.. stern. Firm. Mildly aggressive. But, every single one of the gals chopping all those millions and millions of tubes of karotin, have been nothing but professional, courteous, and welcoming. I will make the trip, whether I'm 3000 miles away, or 400 to have my hair care and cutting needs diagnosed and taken care of here! Top notch! By the way, a gerbillion handfuls of kudos and props to Jill for putting up with me, being so personable, down to earth, all while expressing a level of care I wish the entire workforce of the world hadand taking me serious about trying to give me my best look possible and understanding I have a bizarre but, nonetheless real phobia about getting a butchered haircut.. And she has taken it on yet again, with results that actually make me feel as if I had just won the lottery. Now THAT'S a haircut.

Yikes. Called to see if there was availability and was met with a very rude employee on the other end of the phone. Told me they closed before they actually did and kept reiterating that I better hurry up if I wanted a haircut there was over an hour left before closing and I was <1min drive from the place. Hung up on me before I finished talking, too. Needless to say, I didn’t bother making the short drive to give them my business. Someone needed a Snickers to brighten their day.
