I have a preferred stylist here I've been using for a couple of years. Always get the perfect cut! Occasionally a free upgrade to yhe MVP too.

Left without a haircut. Checked in online, says 18 min wait. Make the 2 min drive and check in at store, now sez 20min wait. No prob. Counts down 20 minutes to "on deck". Wait 9 more minutes on deck, then a stylist leaves and it says 25 min wait... no thanks, what a waste

Called at 7:05 p.m. to all if they cut facial hair. And response was no which was understandable. Although, I called 5 minutes later and they pushed the calls to answering machine. Hours of operation were till 8 p.m. Did not bother to go the next day for the hair cuts. My husband and 5 boys needed hair cuts that week.

Friendly staff. Descent haircut. Reasonable price. First time, so I got upgraded to the MVP cut which it gives you a scalp massage and massage chair for a few minutes.

They did a great job giving my little one a pixie cut. 4 stars only because I set an appointment with one hairstylist but they weren't available when we arrived on time. The one we got was great and really tried to ensure my 8yo was satisfied. She was easy to talk to and it was a great experience.
