Shai at this location needs to work on her attitude and not rush haircuts. She was very mad cause the system kept letting customers in line to get a haircut and it was getting close to closing time. This is the result of her rushing cause she wanted to go home instead of making sure the client had a good experience. This is HORRIBLE. She even tried to hide her work by standing in the way of his view and slicking back his hair. Glad we got our money back. Unfortunately didn’t get the tip back but at this point it’s not worth our time. She was also very rude to her coworker who was trying to be nice and reason with her to benefit the customers. I didn’t catch her name but she was very professional and knew how to deal with customers. Management/owner needs to discipline and teach shai customer service and her skills as a hair stylist. She is losing you money and customers because of it.Services: Haircut

Super friendly staff. They really listen when you vaguely describe the type of haircut you might like. The MVP treatment is awesome. Guys don't usually get this super relaxing treatment. Shampoo and scalp massage, hot towel on the face and a shoulder massage. Super pleasant hiatus from the day.

Gretchen gave me a fantastic haircut earlier today, my wife said it made me look 5 years younger! No wait time and a ton of attention to detail, she was able to get exactly what I wanted.Service: Haircut

***Update: thank you to management and Shai for making my follow-up trip a great one. I got in at the time that I had scheduled, Shai did an awesome job with my hair I made sure to tip well, and providing me a courtesy haircut. All of it is recognized and appreciated. I updated the score to 5 stars, and I’ll be sure to be back! Also, Shai is awesome! Very approachable and good at what she does. Thanks Shai! Checked in online before I arrived to the location. Was told to arrive at 4:55 for a 5:00 haircut. When I arrived at the recommended time, it showed that I was going to get serviced at around 5:30. That was fine, though not ideal, obviously. But then, at 5:30, they pushed it back by another 45 mins, leaving me to get my haircut at 6:15. I usually like Sports Clips; it’s my go to place. But this is ridiculous.Service: Haircut

I was in the other day waiting, & a man was yelling at the staff. I was horrified to see that instead of being dismissed and kicked out, he was actually accommodated and given a cut. His child was screaming the whole time too and instead of trying to calm the child, he blamed the staff. I don’t know who is running this establishment, but they really need to do a better job at keeping their staff and other customers safe and happy. Not accommodating a grown man who shouts obscenities at people.

Got a cut from a woman named Zara or Tara. Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had. My hair is short so you think it would be easy to cut but it is chopped up and totally uneven.Service: Haircut

It was terrible. Three times I’ve tried to use this location near mall 205 and they have zero care about the waiting room. Extremely slow milking about and talking…. I asked about a wait and was told at least two hours after a 45 minute wait already….. there was three customers there and five stylist…. So we just sit around and watch people wait in the waiting room here I guess

I used to frequent this establishment quite often I trusted them for the quality care of my Hair being indigenous as a person Klamath Modoc tribe they hurt my hair more than once then when I said something they kicked me out. End of run on sentence.

This place used to be good. Now it's a 1 star. Avoid it. I just had a butcher job done on my hair and beard. Shai has terrible customer service and is a worse barber. Never coming back.

I went for a cut and the lady was OK. Probably will not return. Everything else was good but the cut was very average.
