I’ve been here before and had some great experiences, but after today I would not go back. I’m the best man at my friends wedding and needed my haircut. I got my haircut a LOT shorter than what I asked for. The lady cutting my hair kept digging the clippers into my head. When the service was done I didn’t get a wipe down on my neck and had hair all over me when I left. I got home and noticed some spots missing on my neck and had to get them myself. Very disappointed.
Alisha does a great job with my son and is always so good at cutting the styles we request. She is patient and kind to my son while we talks with her. I am grateful for her time and skill of
Best place to get your hair cut, love the mvp treatment. I never wait long there. Staff are amazing. Never felt rushed or had a bad hair cut. If you get the mvp i recommend the tea tree special shampoo its amazing.
I have been going to this location for several years, always had a great experience there. Stylists have always been friendly and cheerful sometimes it was forced, and thats OK, everybody has bad days but overall, they were very professional and did a great job cutting my hair. I went yesterday 4/19/21 and had the COMPLETE opposite experience. The stylist who cut my hair spent the entire time I was in her chair complaining to the other stylist about a coworker, and then complained to me about how busy they had been, how they didnt get a break, how they turned people away becuase it was a 2hr wait, etc etc. To make matters worse, she was BRUTAL with the clipper on my head, to the point where I flinched a couple of times when she seemingly dug into my scalp with them. I am a pretty easy cut, been the same for at least 5-10 years....#1 on sides, #3 on top. Not sure what she used this time, but it was different enough for my wife to ask why I changed my normal cut. Think....army buzz cut I am seriously tempted to drive the 15 extra minutes and start using the Greenwood location

Kendra did a great job when my specifications were fairly unique. However, the e-mail connection is worthless. I couldn't get past the password request and there was no real reason for using the email. Couldn't find where I could find who was scheduled to work or where I could make an appt.
This is the second time Alyse has messed up my request. I love coming to sport clips and I always go to Kendra but I really needed a haircut so I went with her because Kendra wasn't working. I will never again go to her. I had been growing my hair out for months and she took ALOT off the top when all I asked for was for her to trim the top up. She took over an inch off in some places. By the time I realized she cut that much off it was too late. VERY UPSET.Service: Hairstyling
I've been going to this sport clips location for three years now. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by friendly faces and smiles! I can honestly say I've never had a bad haircut from this location. If you're looking for place you can trust to do a good job, rest assured you found it. If you go in, ask for Amanda...in my opinion she's the best!
To clarify the below, I usually have a wonderful experience here. This is my first bad experience, and I intend to return if the individual in question is not working at the time. The rest of the staff are wonderful. I was at this location earlier today, and had the a very bad experience. I do not remember the name of the stylist, as I just wanted to leave. This stylist was very inappropriate with me, making constant sexual inquiries to me about my 'preferences' and my relationship. At first it was fairly tame, but quickly got inappropriate. I made it quite clear I was uncomforatble with these questions, but she continued none the less. Not only this, but she made a mistake with my hair that require my hair to be cut shorter than I liked, and I already like my hair very short. *And* on top of that, it took her over an hour to get my hair cut properly! I'm usually in and out of this location in 25 minutes, even with the MVP! Overall I was very unhappy with my experience today. Had I not had multiple great experiences at this location, I would never be returning.
