Let me preface this review by saying that as an African American male, I am always extremely hesitant to use "chain" shops like this. I tried once before and had a negative experience. That said, this experience was much better. I worked with Angela, and she did a great job. She was actively engaged in finding out what type of cut I wanted and offered suggestions as needed. She actively checked in throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the haircut as she worked. She also provided some recommendations as far as hair care that were insightful and relevant to me personally. Overall, I was very satisfied with the end result and felt great about my experience walking out of the shop. I would feel good about recommending her to others. Thanks Angela!Services: Haircut

Been coming here for a while after trying a couple other local places. It can be difficult to find a barber than does a good fade. I’ve always gotten a good cut here. Every stylist I’ve had has been polite and friendly. Jennifer in particular, has been welcoming and personable, keeps a clean workstation, and provides a great cut. She has remembered me and things I’ve told her from one cut to the next which really lends itself to making you feel like a valued customer. Wait times can be long if you walk in, but if you use the app you can usually arrive right when it’s your turn and minimize the wait. All in all I’ve had good experiences at this Sport Clips.

It's 04 August 2022 and this place has been without AC for 10 days per the staff. It's currently sitting at a heat index over 100 and all the staff have are fans blowing hot air around. I've been a customer of this location for years and love the service I get, but I've never seen anything like this. Completely unacceptable! It's likely unhygienic as well, as I started to sweat during my haircut. Owner needs to take action immediately. This post isn't a knock on the stylists at all, they are awesome.Service: Haircut

Got all 4 of my boys hair cut here on a whim, for school. They all got different styles and all look amazing. The ladies that work here are phenomenal! Thank you for making the men in my life look AMAZING!

Basically no wait. 20 minutes but takes me 10-15 to get there. Got a great cut was in and out quickly. I think Angela was my stylist but can't find the email receipt to confirm.

They don’t take people off the waitlist after being called. People show up 30 mins plus late after being called and get put in the front of the list. Absolutely won’t be coming back here.

I have never written a negative review until today. -Checked in online at 3:45pm for a haircut for my young son, wait time 86 minutes, cool no big deal. -Check status at 4:32pm when I am in route with my son, 62 minute wait, not really that cool. -Arrive shortly after 5pm and enter store with my son and check in, not the kindest of welcomes by any means when we entered the store. 45 minute wait from that point on which is completely absurd at this point, nobody in the waiting area, only two stylists cutting hair having very causal conversation with each other often pausing to further elaborate on their story hence slowing down their clients haircut and increasing the wait time. One of the two stylists unmasked was coughing into her elbow often. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. -This franchises motto is something like "Championship Haircut Experience" and this was anything but that, perhaps its this one location. -I completely understand covid and staff shortages etc, but what is the point of an online check in if I am going to spend my whole night at a barber. -Customer service excellence and volume of clients should be the staffs top priority, more clients = more income = more tips. -This experience was extremely frustrating for anyone who tries to be proactive and plan out their events, not sure who the owner is but they should get this in order. Send in some undercover boss type of folks to get things right, could be getting way more clientele through the door and much more income coming in if the place was managed and operated accordingly.Service: Haircut

Bee is amazing! I went on Halloween just to get my sides faded. I have a undercut style. She even helped me figure out I had a band mark in my hair from tying my hair up to tight. She showed me quickly how to braid my hair to avoid getting a receding hairline later in life from tight ponytails and buns! Amazing service, they're all professional and friendly.

I always have a great experience whenever I get my haircut here! I walk out better looking than when I walked in, and I need all the help I can get honestly. I'm used to going to a traditional barber, and changed to here because of the convenience of online check-in and able to get cleaned up afterwards. I like my hair faded really close, a difficult cut to get right, but Jennifer does the best job considering my ugly head. My recommendations are to find a stylist you like and chose them on check-in, a more personalized experience makes it just better.Service: Haircut
