On 3 separate occasions, Conner helped my group of 3 restore our balls, re-drill, and drilled newly purchased balls within the same visit, with no issues to this day. This place was better than I expected. I expected some help for my two sons who are just getting started in the sport, but the level of customer service was above and beyond! Every question was answered about the balls, bags and shoes. We asked a million questions and every one was explained in detail. Thank you so much for all the assistance!

Started bowling for real this years got my first ball at a different place. Found these guys online and through recommendation. Went and got two new balls and a bag. Yes the balls are priced higher in shop vs online but the balls come drilled and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. You will get measured and they will talk style of balls for your individual throw. They even drill your online purchase. The drilling is professional better then anywhere else I've been locally. They save your measurements too. I have had my older ball redrilled here for a better fit. All around in my few visits I've had the best service and I will continue to use their services.

Great place to get your bowling supplies. I go here to get my bowling supplies instead of going online. Many times their prices are better than what you would find online. If there is something you can't find, just ask since many times I've done that, someone went to the back and found it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My husband I visited to purchase him a ball. Connor and the other gentleman were great. The customer service was great and Connor managed 2-3 customers at a time without any waiting,wrong information etc. They were very knowledgeable of the their products and brands.

This is the best bowling shop in the area. Customer service is top notch. For beginners, if don't know where to start these are the people to talk to get your game started. Advanced bowler can get great tips from these guys as well. I buy all my equipment from them. They are really helpful with no BS. I recommend them to all area bowlers.

The people who work here are bowlers not salesman. They will give you what you need and not try to force higher priced items or unnecessary stuff on you

Love this place, I always go here to buy my balling bowls. But I mainly like them the most because of the service and attention they give you when it comes to bowling. Also I like the fact they will drill your ball just right or how you want it.
