Spot On Remodeling

I was so happy with the work the crew at spot on did on my mothers bathroom that I called them up when I needed to have my father in laws bathroom to be renovated and handicap assessable. They did his shower , floors and painted the bathroom . They were professional, on time and did such an amazing job ! I will call on them every time I need work done on my home. With Spot on I know it will be done right , professional and in a timely manner. Thank you guys for a job well done!!

We needed closet doors installed and tile laid over a hole from a previous job where we had a pipe fixed under our bathroom floor. I spent a while reading reviews online, because I am not super familiar with prices and practices for getting this kind of work done, and Spot On seemed to be well-reviewed. Norm came out and was very polite and efficient, he took a look at everything and sent us a quote a few days later. It was a price we were comfortable with so we went ahead and scheduled the work. The scheduling process was easy, they were able to come out on the weekend since we work during the week. Robbie handled the tile job, he was nice, courteous, and was very precise with his tile work. You couldn't tell there had ever been a hole in the floor! About a week later Donny and Tim came by to do the doors. They were professional and got the job done in a timely manner, even though the measurements were a little off and they ended up having to do some work on the studs around the door. My only beef was that they forgot to bring a dustpan with them, so there was a little dust on the floor they had swept into piles that I easily took care of when they left. I had a chance to talk to them, and they both enjoy working with Spot On. Norm the boss runs a pretty tight ship good to hear as a customer, but it seems there is mutual respect between him and the people who work for him. I don't have a ton of experience with this company, but the two jobs I've had them do were executed very well. Everyone I met from the company was courteous and professional, and I highly recommend them if you have any work around the house needing to be done. I will definitely be calling upon them in the future.

First I'd like to apologize to Mr. Norm for my late review. I was very nervous to find someone to actually do great work and not take advantage of me seeing that I am stationed overseas away from my rental property. I gave Spot on Remodeling a call and Mr. Norm, although he was doing another job when I called, gave me his full attention and offered to call me back when he was done. He met with my dad, offered me a quote and a date his team could get started, I accepted. They actually got started earlier than advised, which made me happy, and they finished very quickly. I was nervous about the results because I didn't get to be there to see the work, but I was assured it would be great. I was told the team was very nice, professional and even did a little extra work that wasn't expected. Once I saw the pictures I was beyond amazed and excited about the work that was done. I will for sure be seeking more work with Mr. Norm and Spot on Remodeling. Im just hoping they will be willing to work with me again!!! Thank you to Mr. Norm and his team!!!
