Not only does John make it so easy to schedule appointments by text, but they are the most detailed service I've used. I reached out to Spotless Cleaning 2 days before moving out of my apartment to see if they could come the following day to do a "move-out" clean. I was honestly just trying to save myself a couple of hours and wasn't expecting too much, as the apartment we were moving out of had not been properly maintained in over 8 years. Not only was Spotless Cleaning available for my last-minute request, they did an amazing job! They did the impossible and made our old fridge look completely new... a way better job than I would have been able to do myself. They were also very reasonably priced..
