Spreadhouse Cafe

I came here to visit and study with a friend. The seasoned avocado on a toast was amazing along with their latte and iced matcha latte! The atmosphere is awesome and everyone is diligently working so its motivating. However, one thing I would say is that there are so many people that it can get very crowded and cramped quickly depending on the time of day. Actually, it's pretty much like that all day long so don't be surprised if you can't find a spot to sit down. The stars have to align or you can sit in one a couple of their interesting spots such as the swinging chair or couch spots. Nonetheless, it's a pretty cool place to study and have a quick bite.

When someone asks me where to stop for a break in LES i have 2 recomendations, Spreadhouse is one of them! The set up of the place is absolutely incredible, the big open space makes the spot so cozy in my opinion. I went there for a business meeting with instagrammers today and they all loved it. I also go there to work sometimes since wifi is good and the place is not loud! Can’t wait to go back already :

Really nice. Quiet, suitable for studying or working on your laptop. You can charge your laptop from each table you choose. Wifi is free as long as you buy something, for the all time you spend there.

Cool, chill atmosphere to sip some coffee, listen to some laid back music and get lost in your laptop. Free WiFi. It’s also the perfect place to schedule a closing. My client should be here shortly.

Great gem in the lower east side of Manhattan. A very cool, chill spot to sit, write or read, and drink a decent coffee. Inviting open space with various seating options conducive to reading and writing.

Cozy, lots of outlets for work, free WiFi, good coffee and drink selection---but the food servings are small for their price.

More power plugs would be appreciated, especially less rickety ones at the bar that actually keep your charger from falling out constantly. The pomegranate donut was a disappointment, the coffee was alright.

This place is great! It's a little off the main streets so it's not overcrowded and it's not overpriced, as many coffee shops can be in the city. The iced coffee was really refreshing. They have free wifi and lots of workspace for those who are hoping to be productive with their caffeine intake. They also sell beer and wine which I will definitely be returning for. The bathroom is at the front of the shop - don't go to the back, it's their office.

I've been coming here for a couple of months now and it's a really nice place to relax and get some work done. No distractions, everyone keeps to themselves, the beers are nice the coffee is nice and the desserts are delish. The seats at the counter are not comfortable to sit for more than 5 minutes but other than that, it's a wonderful place to hangout at.
