They were so friendly, sent me pictures and updated me when they delivered it. I was very satisfied with their amazing services. Highly recommend them. My guy surprised me with a beautiful arrangement of flowers just because. You see this was extra special because he lives in Atlanta, GA and had no idea of where to search for a good florist, which mean he would have to trust the Florist choice based on his search online.. The florist called my office because they were not sure how to get to my office building, after being guided correctly, they made it to the office and delivered this absolutely beautiful arrangement. Walked in last minute hoping to get an arrangement for an anniversary and they definitely delivered. The flowers are beautiful. It’s been two weeks and they still look just as good as the day I got them. I would highly recommend anyone go there.
I ordered sympathy flowers at dinner time on a Thursday, the flowers were delivered Friday afternoon the next day. Not only are they quick, there was no delivery fee online and the flowers were gorgeous! Will definitely be ordering from SBF again if I need them in the area :
The best customer service. Mrs Maria contacted me and gave me options for a large order of arrangements. They delivered on time and my corporate arrangements were absolutely beautiful, colorful and fresh. We loved the arrangements!!! We will order from Mrs Maria and her team again. Just ordered their premium rose arrangement for delivery. It was a beautiful arrangement. Since I was ordering from afar here in the Northeast, I loved how well they communicated. They texted me a photo and kept me informed about delivery. I will order from them again if I need a flower delivery in Houston!

Disappointed, the flower arrangement is nothing like the one in the photo that I paid for, they sent something very different and cheap. order online from California to Texas, I will never use this flower shop again.
