Not the greatest, but for the price they are okay. The person I interacted with most was Dawn and she was helpful at first, but when it came time to charge the second half, she requested a picture copy of the credit card, which we sent, and then she said she needed a paper filled out. She ended up not running it until the day of the event, and made a comment about her normally canceling the room because we hadn't paid for the second half yet. How strange when she is the one who asked for a picture copy of the credit card. There were other issues I will not hold against them, because we were partially to blame. I will say this much, make sure you READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!

I would not recommend this play! The meeting rooms and business office are located in different parts of the building. This explains why it's hard to find. The meeting rooms are downstairs and the restrooms are upstairs. Lastly, the staff were not very friendly however they were quick to ask my husband for money. We respectfully declined and walked away. CRAZY!
