I love this lake! Very clean and great staff! Super affordable only 6$ person and free parking! The food is great and affordable! They have a playground, boats and the oldest arcade in RI! Highle reccomend it!
There is more in this building than it looks like from the outside. The games range from classic and old to new and modern. There are six or seven pinball machines, a horse to ride, and many ticket games. So come and swim, take a break and get out of the sun, spend some time in the arcade. All the games take quarters. This means no tokens or cards to swipe. The prize wall is one of the biggest I've seen. It goes from the floor to the ceiling. There are even prizes hanging from the ceiling, like a bike with training wheels. What other arcade has that? This is not a stay all day arcade, but you can easily spend an hour here. A fun place, I will definitely be back.
Nostalgic fun...you do have to pay $7 per person to get into the beach area to get to the arcade though
Went here to just go to the penny arcade and they told me I could not go in unless I pay the seven dollar per person beach fee I advised them I was not using the beach facility just wanted to check out the arcade after driving 45 minutes to go I definitely will not be returning horrible hospitality.
So much fun! I love playing the older games . The ticket counter is affordable as well.
Might have given a better rating if we didn't have to pay $6 per person just to go to the arcade. Many vintage games, unfortunately many not working including the photo booth which was what we went for. Had fun playing skeeball but not worth $6 admission.
This place is beautiful! A little expensive if you bring a lot of people but worth it once you find a good spot to enjoy your self, the water is great, although has a lot of seaweed... it's very fun and tons to do, great for groups or people with small children
I'm sure this place is great. It was featured on NPR just five days ago. It's not raining. It's a little chilly. But nowhere on any website does it indicate that the beach or arcade would be closed today or would not be open during the stated hours of 10 AM to 5 pm. We showed up to have some retro fun with lots of money to spend and great anticipation to see new and old games. Really really disappointing !!!
Awesome collections of arcade machines. Most of which you won't see anywhere else. A lot of the older ones are handmade from wood. You can look at many of the machines and tell that they have been kept working for decades and see old & new 'repairs' on some of them. If you are lucky enough to bump into the owner he'll love to show you some of his collection and talk. Very personable and a neat place to visit!
Spring Lake is so much fun it's clean it's family oriented, busy arcade there's the concession stand it's only $6 to get in for non-residents parking is free it's a very very great place to go close to home I just love it and it brings back old memories
