I would not even leave a star but I feel the public should know to be extremely careful when bring your pets to this location. Not just one but 2 prior customers and friends had taken their healthy dogs in for teeth cleanings that both went under anesthesia. And both lost their lives. Again these were healthy dogs that were supposed to have check ups to make sure the animals were healthy enough for anesthesia. The prices are too high and they will tell you you need to give unnecessary vaccine over and over again just for your money. . I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly, my appointment time was 11am Sat morning and They got me in and outll in a timely matter. Did a fantastic job on cutting my girls nails short like I asked. Price wise I found to be very reasonable. Surely will be bringing my girls back in the future.

The staff was great and very experienced. They answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns. My cat also LOVED them. They're a great place and take really good care of your fur babies

I have been taking my dog to Spring Valley since I adopted him in April 2021 and I have only positive things to say. Dr Herbers and Dr Gardner are great, as are the rest of the staff. They're always responsive to my messages and were able to get us in quickly when he had an ear infection. When I had an issue with my heartworm preventative order Sue was very helpful in getting it resolved.

Love Dr. Megan and her staff they've always been so good with my pets. Our family appreciates them amd you can tell they care for cats and dogs. My family has been using them for the past 3 and a half years.

Prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing. I’m glad my partner and I chose this as our primary care for our dog.

Sadie my new Pomeranian puppy , loved her first visit at Spring Valley Animal Hospital. The staff was fabulous to her.

1st time visit with my senior dog & Dr. Gardner & staff couldn't have been more caring & considerate for my dog's comfort & well being. They were very patient & explained everything that needed to be done in the near future for my dog's good health. No hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone wanting excellent care for their pet.

I have a wild Siberian Husky, she bucks like a horse, wines like a Sally, but sweet as can be, and everyone was very kind, patient, and welcoming to my furbaby! If I had felt otherwise I would have walked out immediately! The waiting area is very small, however, I appreciated that they allowed us to wait in the room privately. My husky was nervous, and anxious but they showered her with love, and wasn't rude towards me either. The price for all the shots boosters my baby got were allot cheaper than what I paid at the previous vet, so I also didn't feel like I was being hussled. Overall, we were all very happy with out experience!

We took our dog Jax here for a check up and dental surgery- the staff has always been kind and courteous and always made themselves available to answer any questions we may have. The office itself is spotless and bright unlike many other offices I’ve visited in the past. In addition- their app is spectacular! I was able to keep in touch via the chat feature during his procedure which was amazing. I really appreciate how they didn’t even feel annoyed when I kept asking for updates. 100% will make SVAH our new primary veterinarian.
