I came into the store with no Irrigation experience and Braxton put together the exact system. I needed to install my new rose hedge. He explained the function of each of the components and helped me calculate the proper number for each. My landscapers were relieved to find. I had everything as they had a long day and it was late in the day when they arrived. Thanks for the great service Braxton.

Some bunch of jerks here, just go somewhere else. It’s 1985 inventory at 2024 prices. Add the ex-convict millennial staff that needs to pick a fight with anyone who walks in their doors. Yeah, it’s much easier and safe to use Amazon.

First time going to sprinkler world. I told the guy I don’t know what I’m doing. He said tell me exactly what you’re doing so I can help you. Long story short he explained everything in detail what I need to do where I need to cut. Provided options on purchasing new parts Or if I could rebuild. He gave me options. Very knowledgeable staff eager to help novice people like myself.

Worst company to deal with. Not sure if the person there is just an idiot or that’s how they operate. One worker there even tried to bully and intimidate one of our drivers. Sourcing from Tucson now.

These guys were great. I had a leak on my drip irrigation system and went to Home Depot but they didn't have the parts. So I went to sprinkler world where I unfortunately bought the wrong size part, which was my fault. I went back and they exchanged my part for the right size, free of charge. Unfortunately, I needed some extra irrigation line which I hadn't anticipated. I went back a third time and they gave me a couple of feet of the line at no charge. I was at their location three times, which was my fault, yet in total I spent a little over a dollar. What other business do you know that won't actively try to take all your money?

A very helpful staff both on the phone Ruben and in person Andrew. They have everything you and/or your contractor needs to install irrigation and garden lighting systems. An excellent resource right in my own back yard practically, just a couple of miles away.

Called to place an order and was directed to the counter sales, four minutes on hold and the secretary apologized for the wait and paged them again. Four minutes later and the secretary again apologized and tried a different department. After 14 minutes on hold I hung up. This was only my second experience with the store but will be my last. If you’re busy and can’t answer the phones take a message and say we’ll call you back. 14 minutes on hold is ridiculous.

STAY AWAY!! I had these clowns design a sprinkler system for me. They put together a parts list with all the items they said i needed. I paid them 550.00 for their efforts and the parts. I installed the system last week and found they sold me around 150.00 worth of parts i didn't need. Including some copper pipe. I went to return the unused parts and they will not return the copper. When i explained that the only reason i bought it was because they told me it was necessary, the manager became incredibly rude, raised his voice and spoke over me the whole time. BEWARE: Once they get your money they no longer care about the customer or customer service. I will tell everyone I come into contact with about this horrible experience!

Always helpful staff. Good prices. They work directly with contractors all day so you can expect to hear some funny jokes while your passing through. Don't get your feathers ruffled if you hear something less-than-professional
