Good experience overall. I tried the fall collection box 3small cupcakes, and I liked the red velvet one. Ordering was easy, there are 2 tablets/ touchscreens to order any cupcake/ cookies. However, the actual cupcakes display seemed a bit empty for a bakery & not many choices were shown it was around 5-6pm weekday.
I usually go to Sprinkles and the cupcakes are delicious! My last visit was this past Thursday June 22nd, and the ladies working at the front counter were very kind and friendly. One lady even shared with me how to care for the cupcakes and gave me a cupcake care card with instructions on it. Thank you ladies for the smiles, kindness, and wonderful customer service! :
Nice variety of cupcakes. The cake is so moisture, but the cream toppings was a bit sweet for me though I ordered dark chocolate. The team here were extremely nice.
This Cupcake Shop is nice because you can walk-in and immediately purchase what you want without having to place an ahead-of time order. The quality of their cupcakes are pretty decent; although I wouldn’t say It was anything extraordinary. A major plus to this shop is that they do carry gluten free, vegan, and sugar free pastries!
EXCELLENT customer service! We arrived at Sprinkles after a tasty meal at a local restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and an exuberant welcome. Sprinkles offers a variety of flavor options, vegan cupcakes, cookies, beverages and a loyalty program. The icing on a few was very sweet but the cupcake was very moist. We purchased 10 cupcakes which cost roughly $40 picture of 8 is attached, my sister took two home. The flavors included vegan red velvet, Cuban coffee, cinnamon sugar, chocolate and coconut. The chocolate cupcake is designed for chocolate lovers; the cupcake literally melts in your mouth. The coconut cupcake reminded me of my mother’s homemade coconut cake which is a family staple. Overall a wonderful experience!
Had the red velvet cupcake and was very disappointed. The cream cheese frosting was not tangy at all, just tasted like sugar and it was only the slightest hint of chocolate in the cake. Overall a bland, sugary cupcake that was definitely not worth $5. That being said, there was no line and the staff seemed nice
We went to Georgetown for the famous cupcakes and we landed in this place since the competitors locations had an hour long line. We waited about 15 minutes here. Sprinkles cupcakes were delicious, rich and creamy. There was a lot of variety to choose from. We got red velvet and chocolate chip peanut butter flavoured ones. It definitely satisfied my sweet tooth!
Ugh I used love Sprinkles. Not sure if the recipes have changed due to Covid and the food supply shortages but they are not the same. Kind of sad about it. The strawberry was lacking strawberry flavor the only thing that had strawberry was the frosting. Everything else was decent. But for the price I was highly disappointed because there are so many other options in DC. I wont be returning unfortunately.
The Cupcakes were a huge disappointment. I Bought a Box for my son’s birthday. I paid five extra dollars for them to write Happy Birthday on a business size card it was supposed to be on some type of special gift wrap banner but I guess. I could have overlooked the banner of the cupcakes were worth it, but they weren’t. The cupcake itself was thick and no we did not refrigerate it, it was not flavorful and the icing was not flavorful at all. I will never order here again it’s not worth the money.
I went there in the Mother’s Day, I found only 2 types available of cupcakes it was the first time to try sprinkles Georgetown and reallyI didn’t like the sugar cream on the top of cupcakes also the cake was dry . I don’t know if Im un lucky in my selection choices or they prepare all cupcakes like what I tried. The service was fast although the store was crowded.
