We purchase business lines, with Kayla & Oscar, they spend couple of hours explaining every little detail with us! They were detail,organize, proactive and respectful, We date their customer service as 5 starts ! We have tried different stores around Glendale and Phoenix and this one it’s been the best store with the right staff. I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile yesterday. Mario and Jason were both incredibly helpful, very polite and knowledgeable!! I went back to the store today with some questions and Mario was there and again, was most helpful! I am so glad that I chose T-Mobile and that you have such capable employees!

Been standing here for 15 minutes and not even an acknowledgment after they sold me a faulty Apple Watch that doesn’t hold a charge less then 48 hours ago. Rudest associates I ever encountered !!!!

They can't even make a sale in this country, they have to call India to complete the sale. You end up waiting as long as if you were buying an automobile. I find this absolutely horrible in this country.

They are LGBT friendly but don't mind discriminating against you of you practice your second amendment

Waited an hour and still didn't get service so I walked out.

Kayla has very great customer service she was so polite and very helpful I’ve been trying to get a phone for the past two days and it was pretty easy and fast thank you again Kayla for your great service

Just sat there, had to keep asking question, didn’t even try to sell me anything? How bad can you be at your job? Walked out and went to a different t-mobile where someone could actually help me.
