The sales rep Joe Douglas really helped my friend out with switching to Sprint. He handled all of our questions and really went the extra mile to make sure we left happy and satisfied. I recommend this guy to anyone who wants a great experience. Just ask for Joe!

I was not able to purchase the phone that I was looking for here because it was out of stock, but Megan did everything in her power to find the phone at another location for me. She was so helpful!

Not recommended here. This sprint store is the worst.They lie a lot. Don't trust them! Don't waste your time here.When you get there and sign it, watch out for the bills from Sprint!

Just called. I know there’s so much going on in the world right now but the attitude I got was so unprofessional. I had a question and I’m still shocked at how my call was handled. Looking for a new phone company... maybe it’s just the location but wow...
