Bad customer service, wait time is typically long. I am trying the 5g Bussiness internet and it stopped working on a busy Bussiness day and they could have cared less to speed up their assistance.
The team at the store had my back line no other place has when getting hung up on by the Assurant insurance company when they were trying to get answers on A claim I filed, they didn’t give up until I had the appointment sorted out & Kameh particularly helped me out the absolute most. He’s a great employee and the reason I didn’t flip out and go to a different service. Even though the people on the phone were a headache, the staff members had me laughing and were making sure I knew I was getting taken care of. Gave me faith in customer service again, and the three of them that helped me out need raises for dealing with what they had to from the other company today.
Jamie, manager of the Las Vegas store was extremely unprofessional, rude, abrasive, and dismissive towards my questions when coming into the store. When entering the store, I had an inquiry about a military suspension because I’m in the military. Jamie was not helpful in any matter. She went back-and-forth with me on finding a solution and referred me to call customer service in the store as she stormed off. After she stormed off, she then placed a chair behind me and told me to have a seat which I did not. The customer service representative assisted me with ease and spoke to Jamie, and Jamie was still unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying customer and United States active duty military member, this is unacceptable and should be properly documented. Due to the fact that she is in a managerial position, she may feel entitled to treat customers unfairly and unprofessionally.
Came in 5/21/22 Alejandra Renderos was so friendly and helpful. She deserves a raise! She did a very good job of helping me recover my info after my phone was stolen at EDC and made the process super quick and easy. She didn’t pester or try to upsell like others do which was a relief. I came to this store from 30 mins away because they were the only ones who could help me in the past. Today not so much, however the exception level of care Adrianna exhibited was so worth the trip. If I had any say I would suggest her to teach their customer not service but care class. Thank u t mobile for having her in your/our orbit.
Staff very helpful, place very clean, well lit , a little pricey, but quality products.

Marcia was just AMAZING. My son broke his phone and she provided all the information and options. She also went ahead and made the changes we needed from Sprint to T-mobile and answered all the questions I had. She was friendly and efficient which was very much appreciated.
Ever since the merger is hit Sprint not put her to T-Mobile family it's been a T-Mobile situation I'm not real impressed with T-Mobile as a corporate overall they don't know nothing much it was a fantastic company to be with I've been with them for 17 years and I'm still with him basically T-Mobile has a little bit of hello corporate bean-counting issues but over all the people I still fantastic their help things are great but knowledgeable but the best thing as their understanding the passionate they look out after the concert or not after the company to customer it's a pleasure talking to the to the old Sprint people T-Mobile you don't have a bad credit but sure could be improved special your customer relations issue desperate times Sprint tech support here's a partnership with you guys
Worst experience ever, went in there to activate our old phones because my kids broke their new ones. The guy that was helping us outforgot his name was the only one wearing a pink shirt was falling asleep the whole time while he was helping us out. He asked me the same questions like 4 or 5 times and at the end was saying that my phone bill was gonna go up by $100 since I was switching phones!! I was so frustrated after being there for one hour that I just left, never going back there again!!
