Came in for a warranty return on my phone as the battery imploded, the return was accepted and replacement was shipped out to this location. Upon my return to the store to pick up the exchange 5 days later they told me my device was not in acceptable condition and they refused the warranty exchange even though the phone was in the exact same condition. I left and called T-Mobile corporate and they immediately exchanged the device and expedited shipping to my house in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend visiting another T-Mobile location and avoiding this store in general. If you are looking for any sort of customer service you will not find it here.
This place has low ratings for a reason. I went to the store for a trade-in. I had already reviewed my device trade-in value through both T-mobile app and also costumer service representatives over the phone. However, the store manager offered me a much lower trade-in rate. I showed him the correct trade-in value live on the app logged into my account but he still refused and provided me incorrect information. I ask him to contact the costumer service himself or put me in touch with a supervisor. Instead, he started to act rudely and refused to provide any service. I left the store and immediately called Tmobile costumer service and they confirmed the trade-in value I had originally reviewed was correct. The next day I went to another T-mobile store and traded in my device for the original value. The store manage was not only extremely rude, but also didn’t not have enough information. I have requested the T-mobile costumer service to investigate the issue and ask the manager about his inappropriate behavior.
Terrible customer service. The reps here really don't know what they're doing. Forced me to buy things that I realized that I didn't need in hindsight. All of them clearly wanted to upsell for a commission. I even heard them talking in the background on how they were pulling quick ones on customers to get more commission through. They absolutely do NOT have the customer in mind first. Just want to process them for quick commission turnarounds. The t-mobile customer care phone line is 100% much more professional and helpful. They ended up telling me that many of the things that this local location told me were wrong. Clearly the customer care rep has no commission incentive, so they could tell me everything straight up. I think Roberto was the one that I had to deal with.
One of the best T-Mobile stores in my opinion. Adequately staffed but always seem busy. The staff is certainly knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. Whenever T-Mobile has freebie promos, this location always seem to have an adequate supply to give away!
Really bad customer service, the reps either are clueless on everything T-Mobile or intentionally give you misleading information to get you to make a purchase in the store. With my recent experience I can say that they have no integrity. The manager, Mr. S was an absolute rude individual; he shouldn't be leading a store, let alone interacting with customers. Not a helpful bone in him. He was cutting me off while speaking, having a condescending attitude toward me, and not listening to me. Makes sense all the bad reviews I have just seen online and the attitudes of the reps in store. Good service starts from the top down and in this store the top is bad. Try your best to avoid this location.
This is the worst store ever!!! You are left waiting for hours literally. Long wait times, unhelpful staff, they never answer the phone at all. The store filed a claim with Assurant and the phone that came was still locked. So I paid a deductible of a phone I never got and the phone is still with them. I was supposed to get a call if the phone could be unlocked, I never did and I’ve been calling them. I don’t have 6+ hours to go to the store to wait and be interrogated a third time because they don’t know anything. I’m done and I will handle this another way. I will never go back there!!!!
Kevin was so amazing. He definitely went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. He is who you need to talk to if you need help. I’ll continue to business with T-Mobile because of him
Michael seemed to be too busy talking with his friends and playing on his own device to assist in helping with a replacement screen. Yet another reason I'm headed to the Verizon store to purchase a new phone and data plan!
Came in for a warranty repair on my phone. Ended up upgrading to newer model and got a good deal on a Galaxy smart watch. Great service.
Be prepared to wait over an hour. I tried calling 5 different times two different days to set an appointment, the phone was never answered. They don’t take appointments anymore apparently. Two staff members told me the wait would be no more than 30 minutes. 90 minutes later. Seems to have gone downhill since T Mobile took over this old Sprint location…
