Austin did an amazing job with us today! We came in to get a new phone for grandad and another line, and Austin spent good quality time with us answering all of our questions and setting up our new Apple phone. Could not be more pleased and we highly recommend T-Mobile as a service and Austin as a service agent. Great job! A+
Absolute best experience we've had. Austin went out of his way to get my husband set up with a new phone and get his information transferred to a new operating system. He was all around helpful and personable, made the experience really easy!
Short handed environment but excellent customer service. The employees did the absolute best they could considering how busy they were.
Got right in and had such great friendly help from the t mobile associates. Got everything I needed without hassles and confusion! Actually was shown and helped to save money then what inwas trying to do and was shown my way would be pricey compared to the way they could set what I wanted up. I am very much appreciated of this.
T-mobile is very good at scamming customers with the new iPhone deals. Over the phone customer service is just ridiculous and the workers are incompetent.
I'm an avid user of T-Mobile and back it. but the store really messed up my account I'd return two phones within their return. Because some family members didn't you know want there lines because they didn't like it. well even though I returned it within that return. They both changed my rate of my current plan and the rate of my other plans that I canceled and they still charged me for those even though it was within the 14 day return period. Keep in mind I'm also not paying for any phones as well and I'm still being charged $300. Now from my experience I would try and avoid this store because of that reason because anytime I try and get a hold of them over the phone it doesn't let me and that concerns me. Overall the people were nice but the way my account was treated wasn't.
5 for Jose and Shea employees there. 1 star for t-mobile. The guys stayed 1 hour after close to help us unlock our phones and were very professional and patient. They were on the phone with customer service for hour and a half and got no help, meanwhile they ware trying to figure it out and ultimately they got it done by themselves no help from their own in company team. The guy on the phone suggested to leave us without phones working and call us in 48 hours. He couldn't answer on which phone would he call when they are not working. Thank you to Jose and Shea great employees that t-mobile don't deserve. PAY THEM MORE. STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS
I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is terrible here. They only help you if you are going to give a commissioned sale. Two different times I had to wait for over 3 hours to get service to finalize a warranty replacement.
I am editing my review after Nicholas came in and saved the day. We were able to set an appointment and get our phones upgraded. Nicholas seemed sympathetic to the fact we had been in several times. Phones were upgraded, data transferred and we were on our way. Jose also did an excellent job with data transfer, etc.
It was ok. Wish they had better seating Bigger and better location. Parking there is a nightmare. Come to find out they r literally dropping Sprint forcing you to go to T-Mobile because they're getting rid of the SIM card and your phone wouldn't could be compatible to their phone towers.
