Sprint Store

They provided excellent service. Had to get my screen replaced they did it 45min quicker than estimated and my phone looks like new. The rep even helped me pick out a place to eat.

First off my first experience at this store was great thanks to Ashley I think that’s her name. But today they’re pissing me off. I’ve been on hold 3 time for over 10mins just so that they can tell me if they have my phone before I show up today and be pissed. I still haven’t got an answer yet.

Extremely poor customer service. I can't wait to leave this company. I had an experience with one particular manager who was very aggressive ans discourteous.

Today I called to check on a phone I ordered and they had me on hold for a total of 58 minutes just for me to never get the information I needed. Boy do I regret giving them my business.

I came into this store last Sunday and unfortunately I found out they’d be closing by the end of the month. I decided to take my business up to the store in the woodmoor shopping center since they will not be closing. Shout out to Juan and Rob for the great customer service I received!

Terrible customer service and employees are hanging around joking with each other rather than taking customers. Save your time and call sprint or go elsewhere.

Customer service sucks at location, they need to hire better staff or close this location have to wait over an hour because staff plays loud music and be on their phones.

This store is THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with Sprint, period. The one shining light was the sales consultant Javier who quite frankly should be running the place. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Avoid this place by all means!

Horrible costumer service!! Everyone was rude, lazy, and just a hot mess. I left feeling upset and uneasy. Not sure if I should trust what i was told or they were just being lazy to look into the issue. HORRIBLE smh
